One room under the vault
A single room a few steps from the Basilica of San Martino, with the bed under a star-vaulted stone ceiling. The whole site revolves around that vault.
Owners in the same area know each other and look at each other's websites: two identical sites stand out at once. That's why every site I make has a drawing that keeps coming back, taken from the house or from the place it sits in: below are the ones I've drawn so far. The test is simple: put another place's photos in it, and it no longer works.

No, I work remotely across Italy: we talk on WhatsApp or on a video call and you look at the preview on your phone. If you're in Valle d'Itria, I can come by in person too.
Booking takes a commission on every reservation, usually between 15 and 18%, even when the guest had already searched for you by name or is coming back a second time. With your own site, people looking for you find you, and can contact you directly. Booking stays, for guests who discover you there.
You do. We register it in your name, it costs a few euros a year, and the site stays yours even if one day we stop working together.
Only the domain. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which is free for sites like these, and you pay me no monthly fee.
Yes, whenever you like. Changes are charged according to the work they take, from the very first one: changing a price or a photo costs little, rebuilding a section costs more. I always tell you the price before I start, never after.
Three days from your yes to see the preview. If you like it, a few more days to put it online with your domain.
Not the preview: I keep it out of search engines on purpose until it's yours. Then I open the door and set up what Google needs to read it properly.
